Management Team
Ms. Sleep, President, founded List Innovative Solutions in 1996 and leads the visionary growth of the firm. Ms. Sleep's leadership has developed an environment committed to integrity, respect, responsiveness, technical innovation and excellence, and employee and client satisfaction. As President, Ms. Sleep manages the growth of List and leads the business development, marketing and financial leadership of the firm. Prior to founding List, Ms. Sleep spent 20 years in various technical, management and marketing roles within the Information Technology industry, leading technical and managerial initiatives for both large and start-up firms. Ms. Sleep is energetic and driven and is active in a number of community associations and philanthropic causes. She is a member of the Women’s Executive Forum for the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry Advisory Council (IAC) and is a coach and corporate sponsor for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training athletes. Ms. Sleep holds a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis with an emphasis on Computer Science, Management and Administration from Indiana University.
