LIST wins 2008 Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility

Herndon, VA –List Innovative Solutions has been selected as a winner of the 2008 Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility, one of six honorees in the greater Washington DC area!

This prestigious award recognizes employers that are successfully using workplace flexibility to meet both employer and employee goals. The scoring process is rigorous. First, employer responses are measured against national data from Families and Work Institute’s National Study of Employers. As a winner, List Innovative Solutions ranks in the top 20% -- the 80th percentile -- of employers nationally in terms of flexible work programs, policies and culture.

“What makes this honor so special is that the employees’ at LIST nominated and confirmed the company’s effort to promote a healthy work/life balance and for that I am grateful,” said CEO Katie Sleep.

LIST will be presented with the award in a ceremony on Thursday December 18th, 2008 at the Mandarin Hotel in Washington, DC.
