LIST Welcomes Director of Quality Assurance, Launches Virtual Project Operations Center (VPOC)

Herndon, VA – List Innovative Solutions, Inc. (LIST) would like to welcome our new Director of Quality Assurance, Dr. Chris Carson. Dr. Carson will provide the day to day leadership for LIST’s Quality Assurance Program, Continuous Process Improvement, and corporate Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) processes and procedures.
Dr. Carson will also be responsible for the management of LIST’s Virtual Project Operations Center (VPOC), built on the MS SharePoint 2007 platform. LIST’s VPOC will act as a central repository for all artifacts and documentation used for planning, tracking, monitoring, and reporting LIST’s project operations. LIST’s VPOC uses best practices from the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and CMMI Level 2.

Mr. Carson has an extensive background in organizational change management, prior to joining LIST Chris led QSSI to a CMMI Level 3 rating and helped Texas Instruments’ Design Automation Division achieve CMMI Level 2 and 3 ratings. He additionally helped Texas Instruments Defense Electronics group with the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. Dr. Carson has authored 8 professional articles and has taught graduate Psychology and Ethics and Organization Development at Trinity and University of Phoenix.
